I'm creating a doctors's website that will let about 70 docs login to their Society's webpage and change around their info like location, specialty, insurances taken, etc. I want the public to be able to use a simple "check box" search to find a doctor near them or takes their insurance etc.

1-Can someone link me to a site that can help me do this?

2-Is it even possible for someone to "pull" this kind of info from a registered user's database?

3-If not possible, should I create another DB just for this information?
