I am having problems loging in with my administrator password. Is there a way to reset my password. I use ftp pro to upload my files. Is there a file there i can edit to reset it?

Either use my MySQL Utility or phpMyAdmin. You need to modify the nuke_authors table. Edit your admin record and set the password to whatever you want. Then select MD5 from the password select box to encrypt it. Then save the record. That should take care of it Wink

Hi Raven: Thanks for your previous help.
I seem to have another glitch. When a new user sets up a account OR changes password,he/she receives a confirmation email. Well, the following link is in the email:

http://www.porcupinepc.com/modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=pass_lost

It should say:

http://www.porcupinepc.com/html/modules.php?name=Your_Account&op=pass_lost

Do you know how i make the change/

Thanks

Joe

Administration/Preferences/SiteURL needs to have the /html added on
and also
Administration/Forums/Configuration/DomainName

These 2 settings must ALWAYS poin to the folder where config.php is located.

I noticed that under "Site Info" it says:

Waiting: 3

Now, i take it that means 3 new users waiting for verification. Since the URL was wrong i guess the customers could not confirm their accounts. Is there a way to resend the email to those users?

Smile Install my Resend_Email module. This module allows you to edit the link and resend the email. Or, just click on the link and they're registered Smile
