Topics Module Problems

Hello 3 points about the topics module:

I have so far about 16 topics and am going to add more, if you go to the topics page they are all listed, Is it possible to have 8 per page, i have looked for the code, cant seem to find where to alter so the page is not as long as your arm!!

I have turned the topics module to Registered users only in my admin, but visitors can still access the news which I have turned on so it appears in the homepage to all visitors? I still want the news i post to feature on the homepage but only registered users can see all the extended news? Anyone else had a way around this problem?

When you go to a particualr topic which has no articles inside, theres a search button and field and below that a return to home link and a link sayng select a new topic i cant find the code for this link does anyone know where it is?

You can change the number easily from 10 to 8 or whatever you want. There are 2 instances in the index.php of the topics module wich you need to change from 10 to 8.
The link"Select a new topic" you will find in the index.php of the news module I believe.
To not show the complete news article in Nuke is currently not possible its not standard you need a hack for this. Maybe ask in the fore hire forum.

I have changed my topics module also after I realized my page is a bit too long.
In a feature release of this module there could be at the top of the index.php a setting where you can change this I quess. I could add this to our bug tracker but its quite easy to change this manually from 10 to another number within the index.php.
