Well sorry nothing up yet. For a long time I have been trying to figure out why things are getting corrupted as I ftped or used the cpanel for transfers or complete falures of transfers.

My ISP seems anything I do online is not worth their infistructure. It used to only effect my gamming, but since I basicly stopped gamming and working on websites. I guess the targeted me for that as well.

I thought at first it was siteground and waited to see if anyone else complianed but non have. So it only leaves my ISP. My cpanel times out constantly, so I cant do very much. FTP's are getting corrupted. Last thing I tried to alter was the login block and then it stopped working. I cant even like I said before access my cpanel and try and figure it out.

So I am stuck. My ISP rogers. Since they only believe I should only be using their service to browse and view my email, I have decided to move so I have a choice of ISP's. But moving is no simple task. Will be moving early next year.

I never use cPanel for uploading files and I always use FileZilla instead.

Filezilla is the only free FTP program I have used that I have not had problems with (yet).

I have tried 4 or 5 others - each had their own issues.

Are you by any chance using an unsecured wireless network?

I have done a few tests with a friend and my isp is purposly droping packets and forging them to rst packets. They are totaly blocking encrypted traffic. Dont know what else they are doing.

I have been using filezilla for transfers, until this started happening. Now when I need something up on the net I have to travel to a friends house to upload it.

I dont use wireless at all.

Thanks for the kudos papamike. If I can get it complete when I move before the next ravennuke release. It hopefuly will be accepted, into the package. If not, I will give raven a direct download link for this site.

I will be moving around march 2009 so I can switch my service provider. Just crappy that I have to move to get a proper net connection again. *sigh*

I changed my ISP nothing too fancy now im on the edge of the DSL cusp. So only 1m line. But the good news is Im back to working on sites Very Happy

. Hopefully I will finish off my theme. I might give up on making it IE 6 compatible.

Just have to finish up a paid site im currently working on for a lions club
