Ah, I see....
Scrolling through them all more carefully, I see the latest version IS set to registered viewer downloadable. I just got NCGoogleTapBeta065fornuke7er.zip from your site. That's the only one set for reg. user download.
Thanks soooo much!! I was looking through them all - will I need all those supplementary module downloads to tap all of those modules on my site? If so, I'd register for that eSolution thing just to help cover the costs of your site. It seems like your site is the only English site featuring GT downloads.
Extracting that zip file listed above, there's only two files inside - your file and an install.txt file.
Is that all that's needed, or do I need the mainfile installer, then make the changes listed in the install.txt file listed in the beta download?

well i think you have the wrong one..
you need this one....
(btw take out that info link you posted.. 
that doesnt exist.
and if you type in as search nextgen you get full results of all. |

K, I edited out the link. I just grabbed the NEW ONE you put up, that wasn't in your downloads section yet :-p
I knew how to get to the listing of nextgen downloads on your site, it's just that 1 (now 2) of them are set to be able to DL as registered user.
Looking quick thru that file I just got - the install directions are in English!!! Thanks so much. I'll give it a try. Do you know if I need to make any hacks to it, for it to work with the 3.1 security patch?

well i did set the 2 versions to registered
but you get the wrong one first time...
All known gt nextgen stuff is in my database.
as far as changes because of patches im not aware of that.
raven mentioned the gt nextgen some time ago and maybe he's secretly busy with an update on it..
But chances are it will be part of the ravennuke distro,and not as a seperate release.. |

you find it in gt nextgen cat,or type .. gt nextgen in download search. |

Montego is the best one to answer this but the next Raven Nue version has this already incorporated.
I know Montego is also working on a seperate version for (probably) nuke 7.5+ (patched) but I'm not sure what timeline he is working toward for that. |

I have not looked at their work. When I click on that link, it looks like I must be a subscriber.
So strange to see that about three of us had the same idea after the GTNG site went defunct. I could have sworn that I even saw something at NukeCops about someone working on it to, but haven't seen anything yet.
I intend on releasing "ShortLinks" in a few weeks, and, yes, it is already integrated into the coming RavenNuke release. |

What Montego, modestly didn't mention was that 'ShortLinks' does not require any alteration of the core database tables - something that GTNG did and was a constant source of support issues on many sites. |
