I installed my PNC 3.0.1 which is Powered by Platinum 7.6.b.2, all appeared to go well then when I was complete Its up and running but with all these errors at the top of the page.
Also every block says this on the page "There is a problem right now with this block."
HERE ARE THE ERRORS:

as far as I know everythings uploaded and settings are correct.
Any ideas ?

Ok I looked it over and during the FTP transfer the admin and blocks folders dident transfer. So problem solved except for 1 error I have left. everything looks fine but now when I go to mywebsite.com/admin.php when I type in my admin username and password it wont go beyond that page. I press enter and the page starts loading and transfering data then does nothing and stops and stays at that screen? I tryed in both I.E. and fire fox. I get this error in I.E.
here is the only error thats left. Its when I try and login to the /admin.php in I.E.
