A nice enhancement would be: if I set CIALIS as banned word Sentinel would not block also "speCIALISt": I was going crazy yesterday cuz it was kicking out myself for abuse string.

Maybe the string blocker does a trim.. if not, you could maybe put spaces around the word
ie " cialis "
