How do you ban a person with a dynamic ip address, we been having problems on our site with the clown whos ip keeps changing

You could ban the whole block of IPs that he's using. Assuming they're not spoofed in any way. |

Are you you sure he has a dynamic IP and is not just using a proxy list?
If its a dynamic IP they normally stay within a given range allocated to the service provider.
Why don't you just ban him by username / email address? |

He keeps changing names and email address a total offensive a-hole ...thanks for the quick replies. We are a popular Call of Duty United offensive clan with over 70 members, and I will pass this site to a few clans that use php. Thanks again for the help, from all of us at FEAR clan |
