Raven Nuke phpBB Gallery Problem

Hi, I can't get the avatar gallery to display. Can see them all listed in the ftp folder but when I go to 'profile' and 'show gallery', the drop down menu is blank. If I 'select avatar' I get a broken picture box. The folder in config is correct (and, yes I checked the case.)

Avatar Manager works fine with uploaded avatars, as it should and if you swap the paths, you get to see the gallery avatars, so I know they're there and available.

Using sand_journey PHP-Nuke theme with phpBB on subSilver.

Because that's a user avatar, not a gallery avatar.

well you chmodded anything?
you must have done something cause the gallery shows forbidden.
