Im not sure is this issue is FIX,I have nuke ver 7.6 plus latest patched and installed also Nuke sentinel 2.5.02.I was uploading new files on Download section and I notice all the files I been uploading its not on the download section even it say successfully added to the data base,I tried changing the theme and same issue.NEED HELP REALLY BAD!

I can't help you with this, I'm having a similar problem. I'm also using 7.6 2.02.02 with sentinel 2.5.02. I also use NSNGR downloads.
If I click on the Add download link it only gives me the downloads administration screen. Download stays in the Waiting downloads.
Edit : mine is working now, I got this error when trying to add a link which was already in the db... stupid from me. But on the other hand it would have been handy to get an error saying link already exists.

Don´t know if thats really a patch problem. I´m using patch 3.2.b. This function works well on my 7.6 site. Maybe this helps: can you modify the download in the administration admin.php?op=downloads ? Change the name of the download. You can also check there all downloads and check also the database table use the repair and optimize function there.
