Allowing to c 1 file in a list of iles using .htaccess how?

Hey there,
I have a protected sub folder by using

Order Deny,Allow
Deny from all

</Files>

1 file must be allowed access to. how do I do that?
Tried:

Bust doesn't see m to work

Assuming you have a html-file you want to be accessible and the rest not, this is the way...you didn't say anything about it, so...
