Yep, it blocked me! I can't access the site and my brother can't access the site to unblock me!

So, I am sitting here trying to figure out "now what"? Is there a tutorial for something like this and how to troubleshoot it?

I can't even access the site as a NORMAL ANON user! ahahahahahaha! this is so frigging hilarious!

If this has been addressed in previous posts, please refer me to the appropriate link.
