Hi,

I'm currently runing the last version of RN before this last release and now I downloaded the new version to see the documentation on how to upgrade.

I might be missing something but from what I saw, the documentation and information contained in the package was very good on the "How To install a fresh new version", but very poor on the how to upgrade a running website.
Again I might be missing something, and if I am I apologize for this post. But since I'm not a PHP guru as some nuke webmasters, from what I noticed it was in fact very poor.

Please let me know what I'm missing or if it is in fact needing to be added some topics.

Thanks!

You're refering to a menu that appears sometime after uploading the files in html folder, right?
But at that time I've already overwriten the old files with the ones that come in the new package... Is that what I should do first?

Unzip the RN2.10 distribution to your PC. Then point a browser at the folder html\HowToInstall\index.php. On the left is a menu. One of the items is "Upgrading". There are some useful instructions and guidelines there.

banzai, to answer your question directly, yes - read the HowToInstall before uploading the directory. It's included in the directory to give you an online reference after you install, but it's also useful before uploading.
