KISGB Apache 2.2.4, PHP 5.2.1, IE 7 Stopped - Solved

I just upgraded my server and KISGB 5.1.1 non-nuke will not let me enter new entries. I've used KISGB for years and love it.

Everything else seems to work OK. I can get to the admin section, change posts, but I cannot add a new post.

When a new post is entered I get a white screen and nothing seems to happen.

I've looked at the system using syschk.php and don't see anything out of the ordinary.

Got any ideas for me to look at?

OK, looking in the Apache log file, the following error is appearing.

[Tue Apr 17 05:58:39 2007] [error] [client 206.207.xxx.xxx] PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PRIVATE, expecting ']' in C:\\xxxxx\\xxxxx\\xxxxx\\guestbook\\addtogb.php on line 26, referer:

I've used xxxx to hide the directory structure and IP address.
