There are instructions with nukeWYSIWYG that tell you how to add it to 3 different news modules, including the standard Nuke news (I don't think that changed in v 8.0).

BUT, you must first remove the editor that comes with v 8.0. That I haven't done, but maybe others have and can provide details.
