Patch for 7.1 used

I have NSN modified version

applied PHP-Nuke Patched Series By Chatserv 2.3 and has site crash.

i upload orginal nsn modified 7.1 and upload chatserv patches 1 at a time, site crashed when i uploaded mainfile.php and this was error i got.

Warning: Failed opening 'themes//theme.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/php/includes:/usr/share/php') in /home/virtual/site1/fst/var/www/html/header.php on line 31

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: themeheader() in /home/virtual/site1/fst/var/www/html/header.php on line 47

all other patch files working now.

I don't think the patch for Nuke will work with NSN's modified 7.1 as more than likely it will have extra functions than those found in normal Nuke.

Well, I use straight nuke 7.1, and 2.9 patch for 7.1 shouldn't cause any problems, so should I just upload all the files where they go after putting in the modifications I have? In some ways its as big a hassle to upgrade to a patched version as it is to upgrade to a later nuke version lol
