Can someone please explain this to me? When i use the Your Account link from my site to login (while in Internet Explorer), i input my username and password, then click "Login" button. However, i notice that the URL associated with the Login button is:
Therefore, when I actually click to "login", it doesn't log me in. Now this is ONLY happening in IE, not Mozilla but what's the explanation? How can the ref link be GOOD in Mozilla but not in IE? Also, this is only happening when i click the "Your Account" module from the homepage, but does NOT happen when I go to login using the Login Block on the homepage. When I use that, i can login just fine.
Any ideas? |

well i just did that and still no fix. Apparently several people say they are trying to sign up as registered users and not able to as well so i wonder if they're getting the same error i am ...i've emailed asking them to describe what's going on but is there any way i can PM someone my link and have you try and sign up just to see what is going on? It only happens in IE, not Mozilla as far as i can tell and it's a problem with the login button from the Your_Account module link. Also, i noticed that when i tried to reply to a post in the Forums while in IE, i clicked "Submit" on my reply and it didn't do anything. I had to retype my post in Mozilla for it to show up. Thanks for any help! |

Is this a virgin install of 7.9 or have you made modifications to any of the core code? |

okay, i've acutally figured out that it must be something with my theme because on a hunch i went and changed themes then went to the "Your Account" mod and could login just fine in IE.
My question is...where in my theme would i look for the "login" button's link to fix it ?? I can't figure this one out....help is GREATLY appreciated. Thank you! |
