Awhile back in beta stage when I looked over 10's distro someone said there was a JS file I could modify to limit the amount of items on the editor. Basically I want to close it down from 3 lines to 1 with just basic info like the original editor.. Such as,

Bold, Italic, Underline, Alignment, Bullet, Number, Link, Source, few others..

includes/FCKeditor/fckconfig.js contains the toolbar definitions. You can either change the scripts to use a different toolbar or change the toolbar configuration to have fewer functions. If you want it across the board (i.e. for all functions), just change the PHPNukeAdmin and NukeUser toolbarsets.
