Hi Raven,
I've been thinking about moving to you for a while, and GoDaddy has finally driven me away with their horrible hosting.
I have a few quick questions, my apologies if these have already been answered.
1. Do you have a 2GB xfer but 500 MB disk space package?
2. What happens if we go over our limit?
3. If I have a problem with Raven Nuke (all I use) how easy is it to get help with that?
I think that's all of them. I can't wait to switch, I'm so sick of GoDaddy. |

Raven can answer the other questions, but most issues with RN get resolved pretty quickly here.  |

When we went over our bandwidth limit, our site simply stopped working untill either the counter was reset or we resolved it with Raven.
In fairness though we did get constant email warnings at 75% usage. and the situation was remedied very quickly, partly my fault because i was trying to push the boundaries and test if i could get away with a lower estimation of usage, but as per usual i messed up the mathematics..doh
there is a link to request a custom package, which is exactly what we did and Raven gave us a good price for a package made just for us.
