to start with, i run an automotive related site. every month i give 10 users a chance to enter what we call the "ride of the month" poll. well i have been doing this for about 2 years and have never had a problem, until this month. it looks like two users keep creating new accounts to give their self an extra vote, but they are not posting so i can't view who has posted from 1 ip address. is there anyway to track who has voted, or maybe set up the poll to where you must have atleast 1 post to vote?
this is a small site, and usually only generate about 40 votes per month, but here is a look at this months poll:

yeah i finally wised up and checked out NS some more. i just found their usernames, wrote down their ip's and then found the info on those ip's. turned out only 1 person was cheating, and created about 7 accounts that i could find. this is just one of those times where i asked a question before thinking it all the way through lol.
There is a mod, I think its called advanced forum poll, or something like that, which gives you all that kind of info. Though NS is easier if you have it installed
