What options? Additional HTML tags or HTML editor features?
If you want additional HTML tags, these are defined in the $allowable_html array in config.php (be careful with this!).
If you want additional HTML editor features, these are defined in the toolsets in includes/fckeditor/fckconfig.js (be careful with this, too!). |

The upcoming RavenNuke(tm) 2.2.0 release had the Journal module re-written to use the nukeWYWIWYG editor rather than the stock editor/code for the journal module. It will follow the same allowable HTML array screening as everything else. |

Don't think the RN version could replace the 7.9 one given the different advanced editors. Sorry, but don't have time or desire to recode any 7.9 code. |

The new version is due out shortly, hopefully within the next couple of weeks should everything go to plan.
All you need to do is upload the files and go to
...and hopefully everything you need to know is there. |

I recently converted a 7.7 nuke not for profit portal that I have neglected for some time. The interesting thing is the site users continued to grow even though I was not actively involved with managing or promoting the site. Therefore I decided to do the upgrade. I followed the instructions step by step and experienced no challenges that I couldn't figure out. I truly feel the most important instruction is the first one. BACK EVERYTHING UP BEFORE YOU BEGIN. After that it was a matter of following ALL of the instructions step by step. The documentation has been thoughtfully written so that even a clown like myself can do it. I am sure you can too. |
