I Have installed kisgb-nuke 5.11 with the kisgb-nukeadmin scripts:
case\case.kisgb.php , links\links.kisgb.php , modules\kisgb.php and images\admin\gb.gif
It works well as long as phpnuke's admin.php name is unchanged, but I have a different name
for admin.php, say 'myadm.php'. In the last case I get "access denied' when clicking the KISGB icon in admin panel.
Are there kisgb-nukeadmin scripts for 'ADMIN_FILE' or what script do Ihave to modify?

You may want to consider if it is really necessary to rename admin.php.
Many people will tell you it isn't, especially if you are using HTTPAUTH/CGIAUTH. |

I suppose that I have to install Sentinel for using HTTPAUTH/CGIAUTH
I am using php-nuke 7.6
Is NukeSentinel(tm) 2.5.13 66-81 plus upgrade recommended? |

Well technically you don't need Sentinel to run HTTPAUTH/CGIAUTH, but it makes it a bit easier to setup, well HTTPAUTH anyway.
Nukesentinel is highly recommended, you will need to be running the latest patch files and then download the full NS package from Nukescripts.
Of course because you are running 7.6, in theory you could upgrade your site to RN fairly easily, which includes NS. |

No you don't need Sentinel for this. I think it is far better to protect your admin.php file with one of these two methods than by renaming it.
Sentinel, is of course, highly recommended anyway. |
