I have a couple questions that could go in a few different categories so if they need moved please do so.

I have had some users that for some reason their accounts seem to die. They will be active and all fields seem to have the correct data in them in the db but will bring up the "no corresponding user found" error when trying to login just all of a sudden it seams. I have only been able to fix this by either having them to register a new account or delete them from the db and then re-create their account giving it the same "id" number to make their data stay the same. Then they have no problem.

The other, I have the subscription module from Western Studios, I have it set up with nsn groups. I have had members make a purchase and be added to the correct group automatically via this module but for some reason their forum permissions not get updated to that user group. What I have had to do is "expire" them from the group and then re-add them.

I am not sure where to look for explanations for these issues.

Things have been buggy since the host made some "upgrades" about a month ago. I am running the same website configuration on a couple other sites with a different host and have none of these problems. How can I determine if this is a host related issue?

I have rn2.10.01, cnbya modified for captcha from fade2gray, the subscription 2.0 module for the most part.

I know user_temp table gets pruned out of data older than 24 hours. Perhaps there's a time variable that is off. Not sure otherwise without actually seeing it myself
