Need help with SEO

I installed nukeseo, and I used the meta tag analyzer, but it shows that it can't find my sites keywords, description etc, it just found the title. In meta.php there are keywords and I did add a description to the DESCRIPTION tag by replacing the '$slogan' part of the tag. Please can someone tell me where I should be putting the meta description and keywords, so they can be picked up?

What version of nuke are you using?

Also did you replace all the files that it says in the instructions?

....also have you posted on kguske's site, as he is the author of NukeSEO?

I've had problems with the provider of the meta tag analyzer, and may replace it with another. But it would help to have some details about your site (you can PM if you like) so I can see what you're talking about.

I checked the site, and it's indeed missing the META keywords, description and more.

janeuk, if you could either give me (via PM) admin access and FTP access to the site OR email the includes/meta.php file that would help.
