Is there a module for PHPNuke that lets users list their YouTube and/or Google Videos and provides a search feature for them? |

It looks like that one requires the end user to upload the video to the website. I don't think we have the bandwidth for it. Plus, the module doesn't appear to be working correctly on the website.
Is there a module, that just lets users add 'links' to the videos and then display them in a list and make them searchable? |

It uses the You tube Embed code. You go to You Tube and get the embed code and add videos that way. I have upload disabled.
I think the current production version is 4.5. He is working on the new 5.0 version on his site. HE talks about it i the forums.
I am running 4.5 and it is pretty solid. I have noticed no major install problems or bugs.
