I am looking to delete anything I dont use with my setup and looking through the raven dir I see

Folder import its worth 3mb and is filled with .data files
what are these? and what are they used for? thank you.

They are used to import the IP to Country data used by Nuke Sentinel.
If you have 'imported' the data via the Nuke Sentinel administration area, you could probably remove those files ('import' directory) without any adverse affects.

The explanation of the import process was improved quite a bit starting with NS2.5.15. Look at the readme files that come with the update. You have several options for updating IP Country that are explained there. And as M. says, once the import is finished you can get rid of the files.
