I am a noob, I am using raven-nuke/on raven-host.
1...I am curious is there somewhere to view hits to my site like what the ip was and what pages they viewed?
2...Is there a way to be emailed or other wise notified when a user posts to the forum? |

There is a page tracker in Sentinel I believe. There's also an IP Tracking module which I've found useful.
There is no current way to be emailed for all posts, however you can individually subscribe for replies to individual threads.
(phpBB3 provides a post moderation feature, which you can use to review posts before they are published) |

Thank you..
I looked in sentinal but couldent find anything. I am surprised there is not a way to track page hits oh well...wonder if it would be hard to add a 3rd party counter or something. |

On Raven's host there are statistics in Cpanel. Take a look there. The Nuke statistics module also provides some information. Check it out. You are paying SQL overhead on every page load for having that statistics module in there so you might as well see what's in there. If you have IP tracking in Sentinel turned on then the display tracked IP 's provides very detailed information on what people are doing and when. I use it all the time. You can look at everything they've done and even click to see that pages that they have been viewing. For instance, I have Gallery and I look to see which albums and pics are the most popular. |
