I wanted to test to see if my Sentinel was working and after 5 incorrect login attempts the site does not even load nor does Raven Web Hosting. Just get the Problem loading page.

I had a fellow admin clear our blocked IPs but it still does the same thing. Is there a global list that I need to be removed from? I also cannot access the Cpanel for our site.

My IP is

24.171.53.90

Check the .htaccess file for some "deny from x.x.x.x" statements.

There is nothing like that in the .htaccess. Also how would that affect my gaining access to ravenwebhosting.com ? I remember when my friend messed up logging in 5 times and it put him on some list that Raven had to remove him from before he gained access. I believe that is what I need as well.

To diagnose a server problem, first try to access via a proxy like

If you have access through the proxy but not through your regular means then contact me directly. If you are blocked using the proxy then run a tracert from your machine to your site to see if there is a router issue somewhere along the route.

Yep, that was the issue. I have cleared your IP.
