Has anyone else had a problem writing reviews as an Admin?
I have just spent an age writing a review of a product only to find it didnt get added to the database.
The module is set for veiwing by all visitors and even prompted with me 'you have submitted the review as an Admin, so it will be added automatically' - or words to that affect.
I have checked the reviews tables using phpmyadmin and it didnt get added. There are no other Review module hacks or modifications from the origianl 7.1 files. |

Try a short test review maybe you exceeded the allowed space in the db table? |

It would appear there is indeed a bug, atleast with the distro I'm using that came with sec fixes.
I re-uploaded my old 7.0 Reviews module is fine and dandy so I'm now off to do some file compares to see if I can trace the problem. |

The problem was with me!
A corrupt database table review_add was to blame.
I deleted all the review tables and re-installed them - now everything works fine.
I really must get more sleep lol. |
