I'm using the fisubice theme in recently downloaded version 2.20, and it does not seem to be calling the footer.html. I tried looking in the theme.php to figure this out, with no success.
Can the smart guys have a look at this theme, and tell me if it is working or not...? |

Hmm, thats interesting it doesn't call footer.html
I checked our 2.10 version as well and neither does that.
I'll have to do some more digging. |

No, you are not wrong.
That theme was designed with a left and right center block capabilities and therefore the footer.html was replaced with center_right.html (left_center exists right after the left blocks).
Hope this helps.
I promised a few people that I would go back and recode this theme for support with and without center blocks. I'll try to load it up on my test domain this week.

Thanks for that Steph, thought I was going nuts there for a minute. I could have sworn that file was eval()d from theme.php so it's just my memory thats faulty this time |
