Since NukeRoyal's website is gone, and PayPalNuke's is a little confusing, if anyone has NukeRoyal or PayPalNuke, I'm interested in seeing what they can do. |

There is also the but it really just provides access to a download area (i.e. it isn't linked to access to the site).
On a side note, it's interesting that this was "Made by the PHP-Nuke creator" and it the same function used on the creator's site, but doesn't appear to be GPL. |

What about WS Subscriptions from western-studios.. I think that one is pretty active/well-maintained. |
