How to allows voting only once in Survey?

Hi all,

I looked in the .php code, but I just couldn't find it (I know, I'm a n00b), but I just want my users to be able to vote in any given Survey just ONCE. It seems they can vote in a survey many times after a short period. However, I don't want to make it so they can't vote in a NEW survey if I change it in a day.

They can currently vote only 3 times with the same IP.This is stored in the database together with the pollID.
So maybe you can figure this out in the code and change this but its in my opinion more or less wortless.
Or you could ask in the for hire forum.
Also there are other surveys module available but I´m not sure if they are really very different.
