Hi, I've downloaded a flash theme from sddesign. I've a problem with the link. u know, whenever I click the home icon at the theme which is in the flash format, it goes to the xampp main page. I'm using xampp by the way. I've changed the link in the flash to /EasyMarket/index.php.where EasyMarket is the main page. But it is not working but when I open the swf file and click on the home icon,it works. Why is it like that? I'm not sure. Tks

Secondly, My site has not been hosted yet, so I'm using the xampp software and doing it in localhost.

In detail, the header of the theme is done by flash, so it has the home button,account button and Forum button which was done by flash. The header is in the swf format, so I've downloaded the Flash Decompiler Trillix program which can edit links in swf format. For the home button the original link was /index.php. So I've changed the link to mysite which is /locahost/EasyMarket/index.php in the actionscript and have saved the file which has the name logo.swf. So the problem is, whenever I open the web browser and go to my site & click the home button not in the module block but in the header, the link changes to

I think maybe there is a problem in the coding where CSS is but I was unable find it. Tks for taking this into consideration. Tq
I'm not even sure why you even changed that link as you are going to have to change it back again when you host the site.
Regardless, I don't think a link to /localhost/Easymarket would ever work as the directory 'localhost' does not exist in XAMPP if I remember correctly.
If you insist on changing the link you are going to have to use the full path, not a relative link so it would be;

Hi, actually I would like to test it before I host it. I don't really understand this localhost thing. But my dbhost name is localhost as it stated in the config.php, Is it becoz' of that? Actually I've tried

but it doesn't work out too. Like you said, you are not sure about the localhost directory, I feel too there is no such directory but why the is the url is as
