Hello, I just changed my site over to the latest RavenNuke. Installed great but I am now having 1 problem. the .staccess file is not writing.
I did CHMOD to 777, I also scanned for new admins, configured the location. i am seeing the link to build the htaccess file but I dont want to do that untill the staccess file is storing the incripted information.

Is there a fix, or a workaround where I can manually put in the information.

As a heads up, Not sure but in the "Admin Auth List", Is the passwords supposed to be encrypted in there, cause there not and my buddies site they were. Any ideas.

Yes I did search this site, but after going through like a 100 different possibilities, I just got fed up and registered and asking you.

Try deleting your NukeSentinel(tm) admins and then do a Scan for new admins and then try to build the .staccess file again.

If you have no users listed in Admin Auth List then what happens when you run Scan For New Admins?

In the Admins Auth List, I have me and my friend. But there is no option to deleate admin in there. When I scan for new admin, nothing happens. I ended up catching up with my friend and he directed me to another post you did to get around this problem, to encript the passwords. Seems to be working, but not like on my friends site. He has a popup that displays to log into admin, I don't get the. :-/

In order to get the pop-up you must have either ADMIN or CGI Auth enabled and the ADMIN AUTH code uncommented in .htaccess
