I am looking for a type of directory that would feature local businesses info like their biz address, biz bio, contact info, etc. and each time a user looks at that business "profile" there would be a way for the user to either rate and/or review that business, add to a favorites box, email to a friend, etc.

Do you know of anything even remotely close to this? Thanks so much.

I believe you Žll not find such a directory script with all these features therefore you Žll need to modify the code. Also many scripts of this kind had security issues in the past thats what I found out cause I also searched recently for such a thing beneed this you should also know that not every hoster alows such things like top lists and directory scripts but I guess you know this already.

You could search for example here:

MS topsites is for Nuke but I donŽt know if the security issues from the past are all solved and where you can download it.

There is also a modul for nuke called universal module. I used it for cheats it has many features including a rating option. Maybe this would be interesting for you. The latest version of this module was 2.5 I believe.
