Greetings:

new member here.

I just installed the latest RavenNuke on a fresh site (no databases, no other files present other than defaults). No errors to report there.

But when I log in to Admin panel, I can't see any icon to manage templates.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Very Happy

Look for the link that says 'Preferences' in the admin panel.

As an after thought, there is no actual theme manger in *nuke. You can set which theme is the site default theme but that's about it.
If you do not wish your user to be able to change to a different theme, the easiest solution is to simply remove all the redundant themes inside the /themes/ directory.

Thank you.

I am going to reinstall the whole shebang and try your suggestion.

This php-Nuke stuff is brand new to me.

Well you don't need to do a complete re-install for that?
What exactly are you trying to achieve?

I have no idea. But I made alterations to several files looking for a fix before giving up. A clean install is in order.

I am looking to ultimately get the Nuke Evolution Z3 theme installed (along with all the goodies).

I'm an htmler, not a phper and especially not a nukemeister.

Sad

....OR...

Can you recommend a freely downloadable theme that is as close to or can be configured to look similar to Z3 without violating copyrights? Maybe what I'm asking is, it was the Z3 theme that caught my attention and that theme is the only reason I exist in the php-Nuke community.

sozzledboot, I am not sure that you will be able to use a NukeEvo theme without issue in RavenNuke (or PHP-Nuke for that matter) due to the number of Forum mods that are a part of NukeEvo. We do not have all these mods in RavenNuke.

Not sure about the Z3 theme and a likely *nuke equivalent. Others will have to comment on that. I have to believe, though, that something is out there.

for some decent themes.
Please make sure you are using one of the themes supplied in RavenNuke - if you are and the poblem persists, let me know I may have time to look further for you.

Thanks for your replies folks. I really appreciate all of them.

Solved module problem. No module = no looky. Boy is my face red. I must have interrupted my install and forgot about it when I returned.

I decided to purchase a php-Nuke based Z3 theme instead from DestineDesigns.

It works well in php-Nuke 8.1. Have yet to test it in RavenNuke but I cant get around the Raven Admin-Super-God issue.

I also have a NukeEvo based Z3 version I got as a member at NukeEvo.

So I am up to my wazoo in Z3miums.

I will post my site for all to see once it is ready.
