I'm looking for a module that can import xml file's in to the data base.
So i can put them on my site in a block or module just like on some site's the do with rss feeds but than not from a other site but with xml file's from a directory on the server.

I haven't seen anything like that. You might be able to find a class that does something like this, but most likely it will require development.
