What code would I need to modify to change the row colors of the table in the modules section of the ACP. I am wanting the row colors to alternate between two different colors so that they are easier to read.

I'm not positive, but I'd start by looking at /admin/modules/modules.php. In the function modules it reads in the individual module names and associated data and displays them. You might be able to use bgcolor1 and bgcolor2 that is defined in whatever theme you are using.
