upgrading from 7.2 to 7.4

Well the upgrade seems pretty straight foreward except for one thing. When I look at the upgrade folder in the 7.4 installation it gives the option to u/g from 7.0-7.1, 7.1-7.2,7.2-7.3, 7.3-7.4... none of them are 7.2-7.4 How should I go about upgrading this?

so im assuming that your trying to tell me apply the patch 7.2-7.3 first then the 7.3-7.4??
