This thread is for movies that changed your life. Maybe a little, maybe a lot, maybe in a silly way, maybe not.
My first is “Three Bullets for a Long Gun” a bad movie but had a profound effect on me. The day I watched this movie was the day I understood I was going to die! Not an abstract death but a rotting corpse death (sorry Raven if this is a bad topic to bring up now)
“A Clockwork Orange”, proved to me that Beethoven was badass like I thought.
“The Ninth Configuration” I realized you could be scientific and spiritual (and funny) at the same time. |

I was an agnostic until 1979 when the "Jesus of Nazareth" series ran. The Gospel was presented so clearly that night and my heart was forever and eternally pierced!
American Graffiti - This movie has the amazing power to transport me back to a much simpler, not connected, time
Somewhere In Time - I'm a helpless romantic; what can I say?
Shane - The first western I recall ever watching with my Dad |
