I noticed that the last time I requested a database and file backup, I was notified by email when it was complete, and it only took maybe 5-10 minutes to complete the backup. However a few days ago when I requested a DB restore, I never got notified. I have requested a new DB restore this morning. Does anyone know if we are supposed to be notified when a requested DB restore is complete? And roughly how long it should take?
Thank you for your help!

To answer your qusetion it's usually just a matter of minutes. When you do a full site restore you get an email, but on a db restore, I'm not sure. You can just leave the cPanel screen up and I know it notifies you on the cPanel screen. |
