I guess I'll go first
First laws would fall into 2 categories. Crimes against living things & crimes against non-living property.
1) Crimes against non-living property would include theft and/or damage to things you do not own. The criminal would have to pay to replace the items stolen or damaged. If they do not then they would have to do community service for “wage” credits. The “wage” credits would pay to replace the item. The amount of community service would depend on how long it takes to replace the items. If you are convicted of the same crime a third time you are placed in prison until the community service is completed for all three convictions.
2) Crimes against living things, which would include any type animal (minus insects) or human bean. Crimes would be split into abuse or murder. If you abuse you receive a 5-year sentence in prison. Abuse is defined as causing harm that could lead to the death of. Abuse includes beating, raping, mental abuse, physical harassment, and imprisonment not by the court system. If you murder you receive a 15-year sentence in prison. On the third conviction of the same crime is an instant death sentence. The first or second conviction could be false, but on the third time you’re a menace to society and your outta here. No appeals on death sentances, and they are carried out immediately.
Perfect Webby, I'd just add something to your 2nd law, once sentenced the person would have to carry through the whole term of the sentence, ie; 5 years not 2, 15 years not 8.
Which is what happens here a lot, people get let out for good behaviour, then guess what? They reoffend.
I think you're ideas are great and I vote Webby for Pres! rofl

But of course ... there is no previsions for early release. Once you're in, your in for your whole term.
