Ok.. I am prepared to search this site, as it looks like you
have a ton of great material here, but I need to ask you
a question first...

I like the way you have set up the following:
1. "Log In's" require Security Code entry.
2. "Registration" requires Security Code entry.
3. "Downloads" - You can see, but to download you
must enter Security Code.

I like this approach to file and site control. I especially like
this approach to file download mgmt. Right now I require
people to be registered members to access my downloads
section. I would prefer to do it your way, with the simple code
entry for the people who may not like registering, and having to
remember usernames and password, etc..

So, Could you please tell me what "key" words I should do
a search on to learn how to apply this to my PhPNuke 7.3
site?

I have do searches on something called "Fetch" and came up with
a bunch of dead/broken, download links, and I am new, so I am
really not familiar as to what you call these MODS/HACKS/SCRIPTS
or whatever they may be.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
Mike

Load the download section, then scroll to the bottom where the copyright is... click that link and a pop-up will appear that reveals the module is "Enhanced Downloads" and there's homepage information, or Raven may have the entire module avail for download

Thanks , and I will monitor this thread in case anyone else has
any other thought, or suggestion to offer..

I am new at this, so I am having to learn a lot in a short period
of time. It is fun and interesting (so far), and the community for the
most part is very supportive.

Again, thanks and have a great day!

Edited: I found my problem. I never copied in the language text, so translation was not happening.

I installed these files but there seems to be some odd visuals and text.

I'm thinking that an image cannot be found, so it is displaying the _variable
text in the blocks?

Can someone take a look at my downloads page, and see if they can
offer a suggestion.

Some of the text in question are, _SORTDOWNLOADS, _DSITESSORTED, and
_NSCOMPAT
