I fiquire I would talk about this, to give everybody's eyes a break from staring at code all day. Do you all think Nuke has a future and will be around in a few more years?. Some of the best theme builders, said hell with it and packed up shop, like Mtechnik did, and Im sure others will do the same later down the road. So basically what we have to look forward to in Nuke is, wait for FB to realease another buggy version, and then like always Chatserv will fix all the crap he makes. I noticed alot of host wont allow nuke on there websites anymore, probably due to security issues. This thread is by all means not intented to start a flame war against FB or Nuke. Just want to hear what you think about Nuke's future. (if there is one)
FB is no longer a front-runner in ability to program with PHP or MySQL for that matter. That's not biased opinion; it's fact. If he continues to demand that he is the only one to add new core programming, Nuke will fail to move forward. Should he finally realize that a Dev Team is the only solution (I mean let's be realistic, no matter how good you think you are, or actually are, you cannot do it all - the program has become too large), then their might be a limited future for it.
