Heyhey

On my website which is soon to be released has a small problem which i cannot fgure out and seeking some help..


On the Homepage, the banner does not fully extend... as shown...

As you see it does not fully extend accross

ALTHOUGH on ALL other pages it does... its meant to be

but im not sure why its only doing it on that page (index.php i presume)


The Theme is 'fisubsilversh'

i will do my best to explain this very simple...
if you used the original phpbb logo to create yours thats all fine but it probably is set to specific height and width.
You have to change that ..

ok im not sure what you mean. I cant understand why its doing it, is it a problem in like overall_header.tpl or index.php or something, i have no idea how to stop it

well all i did to it was....


extract theme.... upload theme.... select theme for site.... worked fine.... only just noticed it...

the image there all i did was right click save as and edit it, upload it back over the top, the actuall logo image is whats shown there in the 1st picture, the rest of just like a background :S

Well as i understand,your original image is larger ?
well...as i recall the phpbb logo is set to a width and height...

You are confused ?
in writing NUT but should be NOT.....

Well i hope your a little bit handy...
You have to go into your theme...
Thats the theme.php (in your theme folder) or the header.html
Anyway you have to change it in the headers background...

your using this image...

themes/fisubsilversh/forums/images/cellpic_bkg.jpg

(note : thats all set in your stylesheet...again your theme folder)

The top table in your THEME header has to be changed so it gets the SAME background image...

If your theme uses a HEADER.html you have to edit that.

and replace top part with this part.....

Well it takes more time and my testsite is unavailable at this moment so i cant use that....
i just did it here but i have to check online what the problem is...
I always edit online(in realtime) thats all i ever do...
