There is another dedicated support forum available at
Only registered users can see links on this board!

. This is the official CNB YA site and if you can't find the help you need here give the forums there a try.

We will all try to answer questions at both forums but the user community there may be more helpful as most are using CNB YA Razz

(I for one think this is great because it seems like the support requests come in waves here and when they do its all I can do to keep up with).

Has anyone resolved he cookie handling issue where if you are logged in as admin (using admin as God account)then the Your Account page will say This user does not exist (anymore)

When logged out of admin it works great..

I thought Reven did some cleanup in the code.

cnbya-500-A2D on phpnuke 76 patch 2.9

Anyone know why cnbya would suddenly start adding a ' to the end of every field?

None of the files changed, The host's messed about with some of the server side, but nothing major.

It add's a ' to the end of every field, and Any changes that I make are confirmed, but do not hold.

Ie if i alter a users email, it says saved, but then when going back into it it remains as before.

I think I'm going to revert back to the default Your Account module, but everytime I upload the folder I loose administration icons and it doesn't work, is there a specific roll back procedure I should be following?

ravennuke 2.10.01

CNBYA v 4.4.1

hosted at powweb

Update: Have run cnbya.php and dropped the tables, re uploaded the module and re installed the tables, still get the same issues with the ' being added to the end of every field.

I cant see to edit any of the user records either. This is annoying!

Second Edit: It appears the ' is being added after the confimation link is clicked, I can view the waiting applicants details in the activation mod and the username and email are fine. Once the activation link is clicked and the account verified, the ' is added to the end.

What did the host change?

Also, I believe 4.4.2 is the latest version.

just upgraded to 4.4.2.

Sourceforge is still only hosting 4.4.1 though. Had to get from a 3rd party site.

The host upgraded mysql to 5.x

Ok, update.

I uninstalled CNBYA 4.4.1 using the cnbya.php script (dropped the tables.)
Deleted the Your_Account folder from the webserver.

Downloaded CNBYA 4.4.2 and re uploaded all the files.
Did a fresh install using cnbya.php
upgraded tables from 4.4.1 to 4.4.2 using cnbya.php

Runs a treat now as far as i can tell.
