Do all users experience this?
What patch level are you using?
Is your server using *nix or IIS?
Was it always like this or did something change?

If your Site URL in Administration -> Preferences is

then change it to

then delete ALL your sites cookies including any in Temporary Internet Files.

You might try to directly contact menelaos61 who is the main support for CNBYA and see if he has heard of the issue before.

i checked the cookie set by your site.the domain in your cookie is ravenscripts.com.so both ravenscripts.com and

recognises me and automatically logs me in.
but the cookie set by my site and nukecops site is

&

respectively ,so both the site has same problem.
this problem is also with

can check it out at nukecops..
so this is definetely a cookie problem .can you tell me where to edit the settings of "cookie setting" of nuke site.
thanks.

Has this been resolved? I'm still searching the forums for how I do a get cookie for user cookie done.

Somehow in mainfile.php when is_online() is fired, the global $cookie is blank for user so it assumes you are anonymous...logging in just adds your user but the anonymous entry sticks so it looks like 2 people are online: you user, and you anon.

So short solution in my mind is to get the user cookie in is_online().

well, this seemed to solve my prob...might not solve yours:

I simply added
Code:
cookiedecode($user);

right after the global declaration in function online(); of mainfile.php

Somehow $user had my info, but $cookie was empty. cookiedecode($user) reestablishes $cookie.
