My site was working perfect, but when i check the part with php-Nuke i got You are not authorized to view this page , i cant access the dir by CuteFTP, even with File Manager from my Cpanel.I looked in Error Log and got this:

PLS Help my site is down, and i dont know what to say to all the people asking me about it?
Could i do somethin` about it?

i cant access in any way this dir 'nwdb1'

well probably a messed up htaccess file...
to check that just delete it in the root... |

Make sure that the permissions on your nwdb1 folder are 755. Actually, at a minimum, all folders should be 755 and all files should be 644. |

It was set to 000 ???? Strange...
I change it to 755 now everything works just fine!

OK...so far so good but....
My site was down again, i chmod it again to 755 and then i recieved an e-m@il from my host to update the software of my site because of an exploit or they will stop my account? What have i to do?? What's wrong with my site? Any suggestions?
Plssss help me it's so important! |

Make them tell you what you need to patch. If they know and won't tell you then I would take that as a definite hint to come to Raven Web Hosting  |

But if they don't know???
They suspended my account...and now - no site! (
I've asked them many times 'where is the problem' but they don't know.The only one thing that they said is that 'Please, update the software of your web because it's being exploited and it sends spam messages...'!!! |

Have them provide the proof that causes them to say this. I can't help you if it's an issue with your ISP/Host. If they can provide the logs then maybe that can point you to the problem. Do you have webmail active? If so, DELETE it from your modules. It can be exploited even when not active. There have been countless admonitions about webmail. |

I used
and it analyze that attachmail.php in WebMail module can be exploited, so i delete this file!Now i'm waitin` to see what will happen.And if it doesn't work i will delete Webmail module...But i'll need to modify Your_Account a little  |
