have a few problems updating from 7.3 up to 7.7

ok i had nuke 7.3 and updated up to 7.7 one by one everything seems ok but few things.

first non of my admins can see the menu on the admin.php all they see is /log out and i cant create new admins when ai try and create one i type all the info and when i go and click enter and to try an create it all i get is a blank page so i cant create new admins. (the blank page is miweb.admin.php) but if i close that page and go back to admin.php everything is ok it just happnes when trying to create new admins.

second is i have some problems with the lenguage i was set to see everything in spanis even muy new nuke is in spanish but i get words like these... _ADDSTORY,_AB_NUKESENTINEL,_SECTIONSMANAGER when i should see everything in spanish i know i have problems with one the lenguage folders but where and how do i fixx it?

Third when some try to quote a post in the forum and go from the first line and break it to type a second one something like this happnes.... exe:

and last one is that even me the GOD admin sometimes get a warning saying "Access Deniend" but i still can see the menu or module anyways (thank god) well thats it for now.

i downgrade to 7.6 and still get the same errors what should i do?
