Your home page has well over 2000 compliance errors! You can rest assurred that that is a major slowdown. In addition, your server took forever to render the page. You need to seriously redesign from the ground up, I'm afraid.

What ??? What do you mean compliance errors ??? And how can I have over 2000 of them ??? LOL Confused HitsFan
Also my site is new and I am fairly new to php so if there are "compliances" relevent to php nuke that I am missing please advise.

Raven: After your post above I checked with my Father (who I am proud to say has worked on with pc's since the smallest one would fill up your living room or kitchen depending on size) and he reminded me what compliances you were speaking of. Yes I knew about them just momentarily spaced them. Now for a few other notes and my humble opinion, If you don't mind.

1. I did not create php nuke or write the scripting for it.
2. I did not create the theme I am using.
3. I am just learning PHP Nuke as I stated earlier.
4. People come here to get help and hopfully some kindness with that.
5. My Site is NEW and I have only had it up in Nuke version since May of this year.
6. Let he who is without sin cast the 1st stone. (yes I know, but it does fit here, as I am not the only one with compliance errors.)

Now being new to php nuke and coming here for help has been a great learning experience. I value and appreciate your site very much and am very greatful for all those who have helped me including you Raven.
But I have a Suggestion if you don't mind regarding the above for people who are new to PHP Nuke and maybe even new to creating their own website. "Scaring someone with your "over 2000" complaince errors message maybe not the best way to "help" people learn in an already stressed in some cases situation." If you want to make people aware of it Great, I commend you for it. But there is a kinder way and maybe for newbies and people like me who had a brain fart would understand and take much better. Keep in mind people come here for Help and to learn so reading a post like yours to me regarding compliance errors may cause them to think twice about coming here for "help".

Next time Try this: " Are you aware of the compliance issues on your site ?" This can also cause a site to be slowed down in it's load time, if you would like to check them and see what I am talking about please visit

it will show you what compliance issues your site has.

Now another way for me to look a this is...HEY WOW I did pretty good for not knowing PHP Nuke that well considering other sites out there have anywhere from 4000-8000 some compliance errors. COOL and a pat on the back for me!

Rebuilding from the ground up is NOT necessary but edits will need to be done, some to my coding, some to others coding and style sheets as I did not create them.

I hope you don't take my reply the wrong way...you seem to be like me in the respect that you speak what is on your mind. I am trying to do this in a kind way as it bothered me how you put your message and I'm sure I'm not the 1st in that regard. Anyway this is all MHO and no offense is meant I hope you understand that.

Again I appreciate your site Greatly and am Thankful for all the help I have gotten.

Just a note, a common problem with forums (such as this one) is that they exclude the audible tone of voice that always clarifies a person's actually meaning and temperament.

I have know Raven long enough to know that he is very even tempered and never intentionally "jumps on" anyone. He is very often curt and "to the point" due to the fact that he has so many other obligations. In fact many of us that help Raven by answering help request sometimes come across as being "short/rude" without intention.

It is nice to get constructive feed back on our manners etc.. though.

I just wanted to add additional clarification so that you would understand that he wasn't intentionally rude. In fact, he is one of the nicest individuals I know of.

Oh I never meant to imply that Raven was rude, please don't take it that way...LOL

Like I said I value this site greatly RavensScripts and most of my posts usually include one of these Bang Head as I usually exhaust myself on searching the code 1st before I request help. Sometimes however timing is an issue to get site back up since I host a chat for a radio show. LOL

Thank you for your feedback as well and as you said this was just a but of constructive feedback. No harm or insult was meant.
